East Neuk Festival

22nd June – 3rd July 2016

About our festival

Wide open to the world and rooted in Fife, East Neuk Festival returns with romatic composers and rememberance for 2016.

As part of 14-16 NOW: WWI Centenary Art Comissions, the festival undertakes its largest project in its history, with a special piece commemorating the Battle of the Somme from Oscar-nominated American composer David Lang.

Fesitval debuts this year include Joseph Moog, the Kosmos Ensemble, and the Classical Jazz Orchaestra. They'll join firm festival favourites like Christian Zacharias, the Pavel Haas Quartert and The Scottish Chamber Orchestra to bring the music of Mendelssohn and Schuman, among others, to the spectacular East Neuk of Fife.

With sand art, a literature programme and accompanying talks and lectures from Crail to Cambo, there's something to suit all tastes.
